Ja, hoe schrijf je aanbevelings brief voor een meisje als Susan. Ze is niet de makkelijkste, met al haar buien, haar moeizame Engels, en gebrek aan onderwijs en opvoeding. Ze is ook leuk, en een goeie meid, maar heeft nog zoveel te leren...

Ms. Susan is a very young girl and didn’t receive a lot of chances in life. When I met her, she was working as a nanny for a little boy of two years old. Besides that she took care of the household of the staff, like cleaning, cooking and washing. She is a fine hardworking girl.
As the little boy went to baby class, she filled her free hours working in our household. She learned to clean the house. She was also following English lessons 6 hours a week by a private teacher.
As I see her, she is a hardworking girl who really tries to make a better life. She is curious and willing to learn. She is still very young, feeling insecure and a little shy, but with the right supervision she can definitely grow into a nice and good house-girl. She needs to develop her skills, especially in communicating in English, but she is very motivated.
Anybody who gives this girl a change will not regret, she is very honest, trustworthy, friendly, and good with small children.
